Having worked in Stellarton for over 40 years you start to see certain people more often than others or sometimes a person will stand out to you for some reason. Well John and Phillip made an impression on me. I used to see them together at times and occasionally they would be out doing things on their own but I always noticed that they were a unit. I knew where they lived and I knew that they looked out for each other. I knew they were brothers. I never had an opportunity to actually speak to either one of them or have any kind of relationship, but I want them to know that their dedication to each other did not go unnoticed. This world could use a lot more brotherly love, and being a friend, and holding your hand out to help someone else. I believe they set an example for others to follow. Perhaps that is John's Legacy, to teach people to be kind and to be helpful and to show love. Philip will certainly Miss having his brother nearby and I just hope that the people that surround Phillip now will do their best to try to fill that void, that space that was John, rest in peace John. You we're a good brother.

l am so sorry to read of Stephen’s passing he and I went to school together first in elementary school in Hopewell and later in junior and senior high at WPDH. I considered him a friend in those years and I remember he was exactly one day younger than me .Stephen was always a kind person and never spoke negatively about anyone even when there may of been good reason to.After school our paths went in different ways and I will always regret not trying harder to reconnect with Stephen again my condolences to all who are close to Stephen

Growing up on the Culton homestead, I will always remember getting together at the Drysdale picnics, the crusher games, and that Stephen gifted my sister and I, a huge bag of Disney movies when we had just one VHS tape we'd rewatch over and over. He was a kind soul.
Stephen always wanted to record an album, we didn't attend the same church but at family funerals I remember his voice belting out the choir songs where most of us were mumbling through. His talent did the songs justice.
Rest in Peace, Stephen.
