Obituary of Paul Johnstone

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Paul Anthony Johnstone of Linacy formerly of Westville on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at his home.

Born in New Glasgow  on May 1, 1957, Paul was a son of the late Peter and Beatrice (Garneau) Johnstone, Westville.

Paul was a welder working for Pioneer Coal until his retirement. 

He is survived by his daughter Cherity;  sisters, Jane Bond, Beatrice Weaver, and  brother, Fraser Johnstone (Leslie).

Paul was predeceased by his sisters Brenda Emilio, Cameal Carlyle, Wanda Morris, Theresa Butler, Caroline Atwater, Pennual “Penny” Duggan, and Ida Quesnel and brothers Peter “Sonny” Johnstone, and Norman Johnstone.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation at this time or memorial service at this time.
